Ingredients
1/4 cup Tur dhal - Cook it with 1 cup water in the cooker.
1/4 tsp Asafetodia
2 tbsp Tamarind syrup
Masala
oil
1+3/4 tsp -coriander seeds
1 tsp-bengal gram
1/2 tsp-pepper
pinch of fenugreek
5- chili
2 tsp - coconut
Vegetables
1.carrot (1/2 carrot)
2.beans(4 beans)
3.brinjal (1)
4.potato(1 very small)
5.Sweet potato(2 pieces)
6.Beerkangai (2 pieces)
7.Seppangilanku (1 small size , cut it into 4 small pieces)
Preparation
In the pan, add oil and add all items one by one from the 'Masala'. Once the heat is reduced, grind it from the mixer.
In the AMC Pan add all the vegetables and add a tsp of water. Once it's cooked and add the masala and tamarind water and the cooked dhal.
