Ingredients
1/2 cup uradhal fry it without oil
1/2 cup toor dhal
cook them in the cooker.
Coriander leaves
Masala - FRY without oil and also don't do deep fried. if so, it will get burning smell.

1 tsp each - ura dhal, bengal gram
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp fenugreek
1/4 tsp cumin
3 red chilies
curry leaves
2tbsp coconut
Seasoning

curry vadagam
ladies finger
Preparation
Take pan add water. once its boiled add onion ,tomato, carrot ,drumstick and salt and then cook 1/2 through. Afterwards add the grinded masala. Once the veg is cooked add the cooked dhals.
For seasoning, add oil + curry vadagam+ ladies finer and then add the ladies finger and fry them till the sticky goes away and then add them into the gravy.
