Ingredients
1 cup wheat rava
4 cup water or 3 cups water and 1 cup milk
1 cup Jaggery
10 cashew and Raisins, each
4 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
little pinch paccha karporam
Preparation
Take a pan, add one tablespoon of ghee, cashew nuts, and fry until just beginning to turn golden. Add the raisins, wait for it to burst, then turn off the heat and set the pan aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the jaggery with 1 cup of water.
Take a cooker, combine the wheat rava and ghee, fry over medium heat till the aroma appears, add the 3 cups of water, lock the cooker, set the whistles, and wait for 5 whistles to sound.
As soon as the pressure has been released, mix in the melted jaggery and then add the cardamom, cashews, raisins, and paccha karporam.
