Grind
1 cup - Rava (Bombay)
1/4 cup - coconut grated
1/4 cup curd
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp salt

pinch of baking soda
Preparations
In a mixer, add all items from the ingredients list and grind them well and bring the consistency as thick as dosa batter then add baking soda
Put the dosa tawa in medium flame and check whether it's hot enough to cook dosa by drizzling water on it. Apply oil by the oil applier and spread it evenly on the dosa tawa.
Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on the tawa and spread it like a pancake and put it in the medium flame
Once you starts seeing the color changes , flip it and cook again. Now the dosa is ready.
