Ingredients
500 grams Mutton, cleaned
3 onion, medium or 1 big size chop it small size
1 tomato, medium, chop it small size
1 red chili
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp (with head) coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder, add as per your spiciness
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
3/4 tsp (with head) pepper powder
1/4 tsp (with head) Fennel powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1 spring curry leaves
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Water -350 ml
Preparation
Take cooker add oil , cumin , curry leaves and onion, fry till it gets roasted, add red chili and add ginger garlic paste, fry it till the aroma comes. Afterwards add tomato and then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, fennel powder, garam masala powder , salt and Mutton mix them well and fry for 5 minutes till the water goes away from the mutton pieces. Add 1.5 cups of water and mix them well and again wait for the water to be boiled. Close the lid and wait for 20 minutes. Finally add coriander leaves.
Note: while adding the water, make sure that you are able to see the mutton pieces on the top.
