Brinji rice

 

2 cup  - 400 gram
1 tbsp -
1 tsp ghee
6 grambu. 2 pattia, 5 elakkai
1 jathi ppo, 3 brinji leaves
1/4 tsp  sombu
1 onion
4 green chili
1 tomato- don't add more
2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste

carrot, beans, potato,green peas (big size)  - 300 gram
1.5 tsp chili powder
salt
thick coconut milk - 1 cup 
2 cup water
once it's boiled add rice

after adding rice
handful of pudina 
handful of  malli 
1 tbsp lemon water
sugar


Fry bread pieces in oil and add it into the rice.

if rice Soaked for 20 mins :  1 cup rice 1 cup water 1/2 cup coconut milk 
if rice not Soaked in water :  1 cup rice 1.5 cups water 1/2 cup coconut milk 
if rice Soaked for 20 mins :  2 cups rice 2 cups water 1 cup coconut milk 
if rice not Soaked in water :  2 cups rice 3 cups water 1 cup coconut milk
