Ingredients
1/4 cup - Sundaikkai vathal -fried in oil/ghee
1 tbsp each - green gram, urad dhal, kadala paruppu.
tamarind seed size - tamarind
2 dry chili
salt
Preparation
Fry all of the ingredients.
Put all the ingredients in a mixer with the salt, then blend. The Sundaikkai podi is now ready.
