Drumstick and Ladies finger Puli Kuzhambu

Ingredients
1 No- Drumstick, cut it into small size
5 Nos - Ladies finger / Vendakkai, cut it into 1 inch size
2 medium size Onion
10 Medium Garlic
2 Medium size Tomato
3 tbsp - Coconut grated
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
1 tbsp- chili powder 
3 Tbsp -  Tamarind thick Syrup
1 cup water 
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
1tbsp - Vadagam  
1tsp Salt

if you don't have Vadagam, you can add 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp cumin ,1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds and 1 spring curry leaves.

Preparation
   Crush the onion and garlic in mixer pulser mode 2 to 3 times and keep the onion garlic mixer aside.  Grind the tomato and coconut in mixer and keep the tomato coconut paste aside.

Take cooker, add oil and add vadagam, allow it fried for half minute. Then add the onion garlic mixer and saute it for 3 mins (until the raw smell of the onion away) add tomato coconut paste saute  it for  2 mins and add turmeric + coriander + chili powders and mix it well for 2 mins, then add tamarind pulp and add water and wait for it being boiled. Add the drumstick ,Ladies finger, salt ,then lock the cooker and put whistles and wait for 3 whistles to come. then put the flame off.
Once the pressure released,  put the flame on for 2 minutes and add coriander leaves.
