Whole wheat dosa

Ingredients

onion
salt
coriander leaves
 

"To Grind"  Do not grind into a smooth paste.
2oo gram whole wheat (Muzhu Godumai), It should be immediately washed and ground, otherwise it will be sticky while grinding. 
1/2 tsp cumin
3 dry chili
1/2  inch ginger


Preparations

Add all the ingredients from the "To Grind" to a mixer and pulse them until they have the consistency of dosa batter. Do not grind into a smooth paste. It will be as smooth as rava consistency.

Put the dosa tawa on medium heat and check whether it's hot enough to cook dosa by drizzling water on it. Apply oil with the oil applier and spread it evenly on the dosa tawa.

Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on the tawa and spread it like a pancake , then put it on the medium flame and cook it by covering the pan with a lid for 30 seconds.

Once you start seeing the colour change, flip it and cook it again. Now the dosa is ready.
