Wheat Rava and rice flour Dosa
Grind
1 cup - Wheat Rava , wash and soak it for 5 mins, filter the water
3 tbsp rice flour
3 tbsp coconut
1 onion
2 tbsp grated carrot
3 dry chili
ginger '
turmeric powder
Ingredients
pinch of baking soda
Preparations
Add all the ingredients to a mixer, pulse them until they have the consistency of dosa batter, and then add baking soda.
Put the dosa tawa on medium heat and test it by sprinkling water on it to see if it is hot enough to cook dosa. Apply oil with the oil applier and distribute it evenly over the dosa tawa.
Take a ladle of batter, pour it on the tawa, spread it out like a pancake, and cook it for 30 seconds while the pan is covered with a lid over medium heat.
Flip it over and continue cooking as soon as the colour starts to change. The dosa is now prepared.
