Instant Dosa - Rava and wheat flour

Ingredients

Curry leaves
Coriander leaves   

Grind

1 cup - Rava (Bombay)
1/4 cup - Wheat flour
1 cup curd
1 - green chili
1 - red chili
1 carrot - cut into small pieces for grinding
1 onion
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tsp salt



Preparations

In a mixer, add all the items from the ingredients list and grind them well to make the consistency as thick as dosa batter , and then add curry leaves and coriander leaves.Put the dosa tawa on medium heat and check whether it's hot enough to cook dosa by drizzling water on it. Apply oil with the oil applier and spread it evenly on the dosa tawa. Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on the tawa and spread it like a pancake and put it on medium heat.Once you start seeing the colour change, flip it and cook it again. You can also cook by covering the pan with a lid. Now the dosa is ready.


Side dish: coconut chutney   or tomato kara chutney
