Ingredients
1/2 kg mutton -
pinch of turmeric
3 Shallots
1 tsp oil
1 tsp - salt

2 inch - Cinnamon
1 -Cardamom
2 - Cloves
1 spring curry leaves
10 -Garlic pods
3 inch Ginger
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Fennal seeds
1 tsp black pepper corns/kali mirch
8 dried red chillies, add extra 2 if you want more spicy
30 - Small onion
1- Tomatoes, medium size
2 tbsp - Coconut grated
1/2 tsp kaskas

Preparation
In the cooker Add mutton +Salt+ 1 cup water and 1/2 tsp turmeric , and wait for the mutton to be cooked. Once the pressure released, keep the mutton aside. 15 mins to cook.
Take pan and fry one by one from the 'For Roasting and Grinding' list and keep them cool. Take a mixer, add all items and prepare smooth paste and keep it aside
Take pan add oil and cumin seeds + shallot onion (fry it until roasted) + Grinded masala + mutton, fry for 3 minutes + salt and then add 3 cups of water . . Close the lid and put it in the medium flame and wait for 20 mins , so that the smell goes away.
