Ingredients
For Marinating
1/4 kg mutton
1/4 cup or 6 tbsp - curd
pinch of turmeric
1tsp Chili powder
1 tsp oil
1 tsp - salt

For Grinding
coriander and pudina- each of them handful
1 small size onion
10 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
3 green chili

1 cup- Seeraga samba rice (Soak it for 30 min before starting the briyani)
1 medium size onion
1 small tomato puree , grind it from a mixer
2 tsp(with head) Briyani masala
4 cups of water - 3 cups for rice and 1 cup for mutton
1 tsp each ,groundnut oil , coconut oil , ghee
1/4 size lemon
1/2 tsp kasthuri methi
Preparation
Take pan add all items from the 'For Marinating' list and mix them well and marinate for minimum 1 hour
Take a mixer, add all items from the 'For Grinding' list , grind and keep the paste aside
In the cooker Add mutton and wait for the mutton to be cooked. Once the pressure released, keep the mutton aside.
Take the cooker, add oils and ghee + add onion (fry it until roasted) + mutton, fry for 3 minutes + Grinded paste + briyani masala + tomato puree + salt and then add 3 cups of water . once it's boiled and add the rice, kasthuri methi , salt and lemon. Close the lid and don't lock the cooker . Wait for the rice to be seen on the top with water a bit and then add the lemon, and lock the cooker and put whistles , keep the flame in the sim and wait for 7 minutes then put the flame off.
Wait for the pressure to be released, mix the rice and close the lid of the cooker.
