Gobi Manchurian

 Ingredients

1 Cup- Cauliflower florets, Clean it in the hot water(Keep the Cauliflower florets into hot water for 3 to 5 mins)

1 Onion medium  (finely chopped)
4 Garlic cloves (finely Chopped)
3 Spring onion  (finely chopped)
1/2 tbsp -Soya sauce
1 tbsp -Tomato Ketchup 
1 tbsp- Hot Chilli Sauce
Corn Flour water (1 tbsp corn flour and mix it with 2 tbsp water as dosa batter consistency)
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Oil

For Batter Ingredients
1/2 cup - Maida 
2 tbsp- Corn flour
1 tsp- Ginger Garlic paste (optional)
1 tsp - chili powder
1/2 cup Water - as required. 



Preparation

Take a bowl and add all the ingredients from "For Batter Ingredients", and mix it as pachi maavu consistency (Batter should not be too thick or thin)

Take frying pan and add an oil for frying. Once the oil is hot enough, dip the cauliflower florets into batter and ensure that the batter has coated the whole cauliflower florets and drop it into the hot oil. Fry it in the medium flame till the color changes into light golden brown.

Take pan add oil, onion, garlic, white part of spring onion and saute it in medium flame till the onion roasted. Then turn the flame to sim and add the soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and mix it well.

 Afterwards add the prepared corn flour water and mix it well in the medium flame and then the sauce will start to be thicken. Finally, add the fried cauliflower to the sauce and saute it well in the medium flame for 2 to 3  minutes.
