Ingredients
1 Drumstic (Cut it 3 inch length)
4 inch snake gourd - cut it as 4 pieces
2 inch Mango, cut it as two pieces
2 inch carrot - cut it 4 pieces as lengthwise
2 inch Potato - cut it 4 pieces as lengthwise
1 brinjal- cut it 4 pieces as lengthwise
2 Beans - cut it as 3 inch size
1/2 Plantin, - cut it 4 pieces as lengthwise
2 inch Elephant Foot Yam- - cut it 4 pieces as lengthwise
1 small size tomatto
Note: you can add minimum three of them. If you have everything you can add all of them.
To Grind
3 tbsp grated coconut
3 green chili
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 shallots
2 tsp - Oil
1 Onion medium size - cut it lengthwise
1 tbsp coriander leaves
Preparation
Take a mixer, add all items from the 'To Grind' list and grind it soft coarsely
Take cooker and add all vegetables that you have from the ingredients list and then add 1/2 tsp salt and lock the cooker and put whistle.Wait for 1 whistle to come and switch off the flame.
Take pan add oil and onion, fry it until it becomes soft and then add cooked vegetables from the cooker and also add the grinded paste then close the lid. Wait for the raw smell for the grinded masala goes away. Finally add the coriander leaves
