Ingredients
2 Nos drumstick (Cut it 3 inch length)
1 big tomato
1 big onion
1/2 tsp mustard
Oil
Roast and grind
1 tsp - Fennel seeds
3 dry chili
5 shallot
2 tbsp grated coconut
Preparation
Take pan , put fennel seeds and dry chili from the 'Roast and Grind' list and fry them. Once the heat reduces, transfer it into a mixer and add shallots, grated coconut and grind it soft coarsely and keep the masala aside.
Take pan + oil+ mustard+ onion, fry till its become soft and then add tomato and drumstick. Once the drumstick half cooked and add masala, salt and close the lid and wait for the raw smell of the masala goes away along with drumstick also to be cooked.
