Seppankizhangu Roast

 Ingredients

4- 5 Seppankizhangu  (boiled in cooker 2  whistles) and cut it into round sizes
3/4 tsp cumin crushed
3/4 tsp pepper crushed
2 spring curry leaves
4 garlic - cut it into pieces
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/3 tsp Salt

Preparation


Take pan add oil +  crushed cumin + crushed pepper  +  curry leaves + garlic (fry till roasted)  + turmeric and chili powder and mix them well .Finally add the Seppankizhangu  and cook it in the low flame for 20 minutes.
