Ingredients
1 No- Ridge gourd, cut it small cubes
3 Nos - Tomato
2 Nos - Green Chilli
1 medium size Onion
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - chili powder
1/4tsp - coriander powder
1 Pinch - Sambar powder
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard
1 spring Curry leaves
1tsp Salt
Preparation
Take cooker add oil + mustard(wait for spluttering) + green chilies + curry leaves and add onion, fry until it becomes soft, then add ridge gourd and tomato fry again for 5 minutes. Then add salt + turmeric + chili powder+ Coriander and sambar powders mix them well, add water and lock the cooker, put whistles and wait for 6 whistles to come then put the flame off.
Once the pressure released, mix it well using the dhal masher and switch on the flame and wait for 2 minutes for boiling and finally add coriander leaves.
