Dalcha

 toor dal - 1/2 cup

besan dal  - 1/4 cup +1 tsp

water  for toor dal - 1 cup

water  for besan dal - 1/4 cup +1 tsp

soak for 30 min and cook with 3 whistels


Cook separately in pot , don't put it in the cooker

1 carrot , cut circle wise 

1 brinjal , cut it 4 pieces

2 tomato small - 

1 onion medium  ,cut it length wise  

1 g.chili

1 potato medium - cut it cube

mango

1 tsp - turmeric

1  tsp cumin powder

2 tsp chili powder 

1.5 tsp - coriander powder


once the potato3/4 th cooked, Add the

1 plaintain , cut it cross lengthwise

3 tsp - curd and whisk it

mango


once it's cooked, add 1/2 lemon, 


if you dont have mango ,add 1 lemon.

add lemon in the last


seasoning

1  - onion 

3  cloves

2 cardamom

1 inch pattai

3/4 tsp - ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp- chili powder.

curry leaves




Finally add corianderleaves
