Ingredients
50 gram Paneer
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin
1 Bay Leaf
1 Cinnamon
1 medium Onion
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 medium size tomato, the puree grind it from mixer
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - chili powder
1/4 tsp - cumin powder
1/2 cup curd
4 Nos Cashew nut
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp - garam masala
1/2 tsp Kasthuri methi
1/2 tsp - Salt
Preparation
Take Pan Add oil and Paneer, fry until it's roasted and keep it aside.
Grind the cashew nut with curd and keep the paste aside.
Take pan , add oil + cumin+ bay leaf+ cinnamon and wait for the aroma to come, then add onion (fry it until roasted) + ginger garlic paste + tomato puree (fry it until raw smells goes away)+ turmeric + chili powder + coriander powder + cumin powder and mix it + add the cashew paste and mix it for a minute. Add water and wait till it gets boiled and add paneer and mix it well and then close the lid and wait for 3 mins. Finally add garam masla and kasthuri methi and mix them well.
