Ingredients
1 medium size onion, cut it into small cubes
3 Tomato, medium size , cut it into small cubes
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup water
To Grind
1/4 cup coconut, grated
7 shallots /small onion
2 green chilies
1/4 inch ginger
7 garlic cloves, medium size (or) 4 big size
2 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
2 cloves
1/4 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
2 pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Take mixer and add all ingredients from the 'To Grind' list and grind it into smooth paste.
Take cooker and add onion and fry it till the raw smell goes away, and add masala and fry for two minutes. After that add the tomato and water mix them well, then put whistle and wait for 2 whistles to come and switch off the flame.
