Ingredients
1 cup - Besan
1/2 cup - rice flour
1 lemon juice
2 green chilies- chop it into tiny pieces
1 tbsp curry leaves, chopped
1 tbsp curry leaves, chopped
3 tbsp - Coriander leaves, chopped
pinch of Asafetida
1/2 tsp salt
Preparations
In a mixing bowl, add all items from the 'ingredients' list and mix them well. Add water gradually and mix them again and bring the consistency as thick as dosa batter
Put the dosa tawa in medium flame and check whether it's hot enough to cook dosa by drizzling water on it. Apply oil on the oil applier and spread it evenly on the dosa tawa.
Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on the tawa and spread it like a pancake and put it in the medium flame
Once you starts seeing the color changes , flip it and cook again. You can also cook by covering the pan with lid. Now the dosa is ready.
