Onion Vada(Ulli Vadai)

Ingredients

3 medium size onion, cut it thin lengthwise
3 tbsp cup bengal gram
1 tbsp rice flour - it's for crispness 
1/4 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1tsp -chili powder
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Take the bowl , add all ingredients and mix them well and leave it for 5 -10 minutes. It does't require water  ,  moisture from the onion is enough to make batter and mix it again. Now the batter is ready to make Vada.
Take Pan and add oil an put it in medium flame
Take small portion from the dough, make it  a small ball. once the oil is hot,  drop the small ball inside gently. Fry it till it becomes golden and crisp on both sides. Vada is ready.
