3 eggs
10 shallot onion , cut it into lengthwise
2 tomato, small, chop it into small cubes
2 tsp Kuzhambu masala
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
2 spring curry leaves
2 tbsp coconut, grind it into smooth paste from mixer
1 tsp tamarind(if required, don't add more)
1 cup water
Preparation
Take Pan add oil, cumin seeds, 1 spring curry leaves and onion fry it till the raw smell goes away and then add tomato, and salt and fry them in medium flame till its smashed. Afterwards, add kuzhambu masala and mix it for 3 minutes, and then add coconut paste and tamarind water and wait till it gets boiled. Check the salt in this stage. Break the egg and one at a time to the curry. Put the flame in the sim and close the lid for 7 minutes.
