Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour1 cup white poha- soak it for 5 mins, afterwards, filter the water and crush them.
1/4 cup Bengal gram flour
2 tbsp curd
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tbsp garam masala
1/4 tbsp - ajwin -crush by hand
1/2 tbsp cumin
1 finely chopped green chili
1 inch ginger - cut it into small pieces
pinch of turmeric
1tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/2 bundle fenugreek leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
2 tsp water

Preparation
Take bowl and add all items from the Ingredients add mix with your hand. Add water if required. Mix the flour till it becomes soft and then apply oil and keep it aside for 10 mins.
Take small portion(big lemon size) of dough and coat with the dusting flour, and roll it out into 5 inch circle. Add ghee and again coat with the dusting flour . Fold it as a triangle shape and again coat with the dusting flour and roll it out into 8inch circle through the rolling pin

Take tava (griddle) on medium heat, once it is hot, reduce the flame into sim and then apply oil on the tava and put the rolled paratha on it. Cook till the bubble starts coming up and then apply oil on the paratha and flip it, and also increase the flame into high. Again flip it and cook till you see both sides are golden in color. The Paratha is ready to serve.
