Chapati side dish- Empty kurma


Ingredients

1 inch - cinnamon
1 biryani leaves
1 kadal pasi
1/2 - big onion
1/2- medium tomato
1 spring curry leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala/chicken masala
few pudina - mandatory
1/2 tsp Bengal gram powder  -Add 1 tbsp water and dissolve it, then filter it.

Grind - smooth paste

1/2 - big onion
1/2- medium tomato
2- garlic
1/2 inch - ginger
1 - green chili
1/4 tsp - fennal
handful of coconut
3 cashew nut


Preparation

In a pan, add 1 cinnamon, 1 biryani leaf, 1 kadal pasi, 1/2 onion, and 1/2 tomato, and sauté until the tomato is soft. Then add the paste, sauté for a little while, then add the garam masala. Next, add enough water and then cook for 10 minutes. Finally, add the water from the Bengal gram powder and the pudina.
