Ingredients
1 cup - Wheat rava , Soak it for 2 hrs and grind it as dosa batter
1/2 cup - Raw rice
1/2 tsp salt
Preparations
In a bowl, add wheat rava and raw rice. Soak it for 2 hours, then grind it to a dosa batter consistency and prepare the dosa for an hour.
Put the dosa tawa on medium heat and check whether it's hot enough to cook dosa by drizzling water on it. Apply oil with the oil applier and spread it evenly on the dosa tawa.
Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on the tawa and spread it like a pancake and put it on medium heat.
Once you start seeing the colour change, flip it and cook it again. You can also cook by covering the pan with a lid. Now the dosa is ready.

5 dry chilli
5 shallots
Preparations
Without adding the water, grind the ingredients except the wheat rava And then add the Godhumai rava, grind it, and pour it into a mixing bowl.
Then, add salt,,1/4 cup of rice flour, coriander leaves, and curry leaves into the mixing bowl. After 5 mins, prepare the dosa.
