Ingredients
1 Packet mushroom , 200 grams, cleaned ,slice it in half
1 onion , big size , chop it into small cubes
1 tomato, small, chop it into small cubes
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
1/3 tsp chili powder
1+1/2 tsp roasted pepper powder,
1/2 tsp roasted fennel powder
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds.
2 spring curry leaves
Preparation
Take Pan add oil, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, 1 spring curry leaves and onion fry it till the raw smell goes away and then add tomato, mushroom and salt and fry them in medium flame till the water goes dry from mushroom. Afterwards, add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and mix them well for 2 minutes. Finally add pepper powder, fennel powder and 1 spring curry leaves and mix them well.
