1 cup rice flour

Ginger
coconut
onion
green chili
curry leaves
jeera


Preparation


Take a bowl, add rice flour, the ground paste, and combine everything together. Next, slowly pour HOT water into the bowl while still stirring.

Having made the dough, check its consistency and, if necessary, add HOT water.

You should divide the dough into equal balls, form the balls into rectangular cylinders using your fingerprints, and set aside the dough.

They should be arranged in the idli steamer and cooked for 15 minutes over medium heat.
