Take mixer and add dry chili , garlic and shallots and grid them. Afterwards add tomato along with it and grind them., and keep it aside.
Take pan, add oil+ mustard seeds and curry leaves , let it splutter then add the tomato paste along with water and mix them well. Put 5 to 10 mins in the medium flame till the raw smell goes away from the tomato.
