1 spring curry leaves
5 -Garlic pods
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp pepper
20 small onion
1 tomato
1 inch ginger
4 garlic
1/2 tsp - fennel
2 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
3 dry chilies
2 tbsp - coconut powder

Preparation
Take pan and fry one by one from the 'For Roasting and Grinding' list and keep them cool. Take a mixer, add all items and prepare smooth paste and keep it aside
Take pan add oil and mustard + curry leaves +garlic + shallot + tomato + Grinded masala + + salt and then add enough water . . Close the lid and cook for 15 mins. + and add mushroom.
