Ingredients
Boiled rice 1 Cup, Smash it via mixer
Potato - grated,washed
1 onion, medium size, cut it into small size
1 spring Curry leaves
1 handful of coriander leaves
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of turmeric
2/3 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2-3 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp water , if required
Preparation
Take bowl add all ingredients one by one and mix them well as Chapati dough.
Take pan and add oil in medium flame
Take the dough and make a small ball and flatten it on your palm as cutlet. once the oil is hot drop the Cutlet inside gently, and fry it till golden and crisp on both sides.
