Carrot Chutney

Ingredients

2 tsp - oil
1 No - Carrot, cut it small size
1 medium size Onion
1.5 Nos - dry chili
3 - garlic gloves
 half inch ginger
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp - Salt

Preparation

Take pan , add oil +dry chili + garlic +  onion (fry it until raw smells goes away) +carrot. once it's cooked, after that add the coriander leaves,salt and ginger, then switch off the flame.

Once the heat reduces, transfer the ingredients from the pan to a mixer, and grind it along with water, and transfer it into bowl

Take Pan, add oil+ mustard seeds and curry leaves , let it splutter then add the seasoning  to the chutney mix it well.
