Wheat Bun

  Ingredients

To activate Yeast
1 tsp Yeast 
1/2 cup warm Milk
1/4 cup water
1.5 tbsp Sugar/2 tbsp powdered sugar

For the dough
1+1/2 cup  All purpose flour
1/2 cup wheat   , don't add whole wheat , it will not be good.
1/4 tsp Salt
2tbsp Butter , room temperature
1 Egg  / substitute 1 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp of milk 

Preparation


Activate Yeast

Take Mixing bowl add sugar + Warm milk + yeast and mix it well and keep it for 10-15 minutes.

Dough Preparation

And add wheat flour + Egg+ salt + butter and mix it well till the dough is to become soft and sticky 

Apply oil on the top to prevent drying and cover it for 2- 3 hours. Again spread it and mix it well till you feel smooth and elastic. Divide it into 8 equal parts.

Make circular ball each of the parts of the dough. Take baking tray and apply butter for greasing. Arrange them slightly apart in order to giving the space to rise, and cover it for 1 - 2 hrs.
 
Brush the top with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds


Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees , took 24 mins, check it in 22 mins.
