Ingredients
1 cup - rava , wash it
1/2 cup white aval, wash it
3/4 cup curd
1/4 cup coconut
salt
Preparations
In a bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix them well, and rest it for 5 mins
Add all the ingredients to a mixer, pulse them until they have the consistency of dosa batter, and then add baking soda.
Put the dosa tawa on medium flame and check whether it's hot enough to cook dosa by drizzling water on it. Apply oil with the oil applier and spread it evenly on the dosa tawa.
Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on the tawa and spread it like a pancake , then put it on the medium flame and cook it by covering the pan with a lid for 30 secs.
Once you start seeing the colour change, flip it and cook it again. Now the dosa is ready.
