Ridge gourd and milk curry

 Ingredients


1 tbsp- coconut oil 
1.4 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp -channa dal
1 red chili
1 green chili
1 spring curry leaves
1 onion, medium size, cut it into small size
1/2 cup Ridge gourd, check the taste whether it's good or bitter before starting
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 turmeric powder
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp coriander leaves

Preparation


Take cooker + oil + mustard + + curry leaves + onion +  ridge gourd, and fry them for 5 minutes.  Add turmeric, coriander and red chili powders and fry for 2 minutes, then add  salt . Add 1/4 water in this stage and check the salt . Once it's boiled, close the cooker with whistle. wait for 1 whistle to come, soon after switch off the flame.  

Open the cooker and boil the curry for 2 minutes and then add the milk . Mix them well and add coriander leaves.


Note: Don't add any acidic vegetables. So don't add tomato.
