Ingredients
1 cup Ragi flour
1 tbsp urdhal , soak it for half an hour
1 cup water
1/2 cup grated coconut , tender coconut is best option.
1/3 cup cooked rice
Preparation
Take a bowl and add ragi flour and water and mix it well ,and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Take mixer and add coconut, cooked rice , ragi and urdhal and grind it as a smooth dosa batter. Transfer it into a bowl and keep it for fermentation for 10 hours.
