Adai dosa

 Ingredients

Soak and grind -  Do not grind into a smooth paste.
1/2 cup  each  idly rice, moong dhal, Bengal gram, Toor dhal. 
1/4 cup Urad dhal
1 tsp each fennel , jeera, 
4 to 5 dry chill
4 garlic
1 tsp Asafetida 


Preparations

Take all the ingredients from the "grind" list  and grind it as smooth rava paste  
Add onion and add 1 handful of drumstick or ( curry leaves and coriander leaves) mix them well
3 hrs later -  prepare dosa
