Ingredients
1 tbsp- coconut oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp mustard
2 red chili
1 spring curry leaves

Grind
3/4 tbsp Peanut
3/4 tsp coconut
Preparation
Take pan , add items one by one from the 'Roast and Grind' list. Once it's become cool, transfer it into a mixer and grind it till smooth paste then keep the masala aside.
Take cooker + oil + mustard+ cumin seeds+ curry leaves + red chili + onion (fry it till the raw smell goes away ) + coriander powder+ red chilli powder + turmeric powder + ridge gourd + salt and fry them for 5 minutes.. Add enough water in this stage and check the salt . Once it's boiled, close the cooker with whistle. wait for 1 whistle to come, soon after switch off the flame.
Open the cooker and add the grinded masala and mix them well and add the coriander leaves.
