Ingredients
1 Cup- Cauliflower /Gobi, cut it cubes
2 No - Tomato puree, medium size
1 Ns - Onion , medium size
1tsp- Ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
1/2 tsp - chili powder
1/4tsp - Garam masala powder
1 tsp- Coriander powder
1 cup water
1/4 cup coconut milk/cream
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Kasturi methi
1tsp Salt
1tsp -Oil – 1 tsp
1/2 tsp - Sajeera/Jeera
1/4 inch-Cinnamon
1- Cloves – 2
1-Cardamom – 1
1-Green chillies, chopped finely
Preparation
Take Pan Add oil + jeera+ cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, green chilis ,ginger garlic paste, onion and fry until the onions are soft and brown . Add tomato puree along with red chilli powder, coriander powder and fry until it's smashed. Add Salt + turmeric +garam masala and mix it well. Add coconut milk along with the cauliflower and Boil it for 5 mins and add coriander leaves + Kasturi methi then put the flame off.
