Ingredients
1 tbsp- coconut oil
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp urad dal, split
2 drumstick, cut it into 3 inch size
1 tbsp -thick tamarind syrup
8 shallots
1 tomato, medium size
1 spring curry leaves
Roast and Grind
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut - fry it in coconut oil till it gets brown color
7 Shallots
1 tsp Coriander powder
15 Pepper
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 spring curry leaves
Preparation
Take pan , add items one by one from the 'Roast and Grind' list. Once it's become cool, transfer it into a mixer and grind it till smooth paste then keep the masala aside.
Take cooker + oil + mustard + urad dhal+ curry leaves + onion + tomato+ drumstick, and fry them till the tomato smashed. Add masala and fry for 2 minutes, then add tamarind syrup and salt . Add enough water in this stage and check the salt . Once it's boiled, close the cooker with whistle. wait for 1 whistle to come, soon after switch off the flame.
