Pasi Paruppu Payasam

     Ingredients


1/4 cup + 1tbsp  Pasi Paruppu (Moong Dal) -fried and cooked in a cooker with water added to cover the pulses, Flame in sim for 4 to 5 minutes.
1/2 cup Jaggery -until the jaggery is covered, add water.
2 tbsp javvarisi (sago) - Cooked
1 tbsp  coconut milk  - DONT add the milk. while completing the payasam, add
1 tbsp - coconut as pulses
6- 7 Raisins
1/2 tbsp - cashenut
2 tbsp Ghee/ Clarified butter

Preparation

Take a skillet and fry the coconut, cashews, and raisins.
Take a cooker and fill it with the cooked moong dal, jaggery syrup, javvarisi, fried coconut, cashews, raisins, and coconut milk. When you notice the bubbles, extinguish the flame.
