Vegetable Kurma


Ingredients

1 medium size onion, cut it as small cubes
1/2 cup vegetables( 8 beans, small size carrot, cut it as small size , 1 tbsp green Peas)
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup water

To Grind
1/4 cup coconut, grated 
7 shallots 
2 green chilies
1 small size tomato
1/4 inch ginger
7 garlic cloves, medium size (or) 4 big size 
2 inch cinnamon
2 cloves
1/4 tsp poppy seeds 
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
2 pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Take mixer and add all ingredients from the 'To Grind' list and grind it into smooth paste.
Take cooker, and add onion and fry it till the raw smell goes away, and add the grinded masala and fry for two minutes. After that add the vegetables and water, mix them well. Then put whistle and wait for 2 whistles to come and switch off the flame.
