Instant Dosa - Raw rice and Vegetables

 Ingredient

 1/2 cup - grated carrot
1 onion
1 tomato
1/4 cup capsicum
1 tsp chili powder
curry leaves

Grind

2 cups - Raw rice , soak it for 2 hrs
2 green chilies
1.5 inch ginger
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
----------
2 potato - boil and smash it  -to be added later for grinding

1/2 tsp salt

pinch of baking soda.

Preparations

In a mixer, add all items from the "Grind" ingredients list and grind them well. After that, add smashed potatoes and grind until the consistency is as thick as dosa batter.

Transfer it to a bowl and add all the items from the ingredients list and mix them well .

Put the dosa tawa on medium heat and check whether it's hot enough to cook dosa by drizzling water on it. Apply oil with the oil applier and spread it evenly on the dosa tawa.

Take a ladle full of batter and pour it on the tawa ,and spread it like a pancake, and put it on the medium flame and cook it by covering the pan with a lid for 30 secs.

Once you start seeing the colour change, flip it and cook it again. Now the dosa is ready.
