Ingredients
10- sardine fish
5 shallots, cut it half size
1 medium size tomato, cut it cubes
3 green chilies, cut it half
2 spring curry leaves
2 tsp Kuzhambu masala(if you don't have, take 1/4 turmeric,1 tsp chili powder and 1 tsp coriander powder)
1/4 cup tamarind thick syrup
1 tbsp Mango cubed( if you have)
1 tsp salt
1 cup water
Seasoning
1 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/4 tsp mustard
2 spring curry leaves
Preparation
Take pan, add all items except in the seasoning list and cook for 10 minutes by closing the lid, Check the fish whether it is cooked.
Take pan add oil,mustard , fenugreek seeds and curry leaves. Once the mustard seeds popped, add it into the prepared aviyal.
