Ingredients
1 cup- karupatti (250 gram)
1/2 cup water for karupatti syrup
Melt the karupatti with water and the karupatti syrup will be ready and keep it aside for cooling.
The syrup will be more than 1/2 cup and it will be almost 1 cup, and use it for cake

Cake Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup karupatti syrup
1 tsp choco powder (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp dry ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 elachi powder
1/4 oil/butter
2 eggs or (1/2 cup curd - Never tried )
Preparation
Mix all the cake Ingredients
while putting the cake in the oven , cover with aluminium foil.
180 degree in 42 minutes.
