Peanut Powder

Ingredients

1 tsp oil
6 -8 dry chilies
1 spring curry leaves
1/2 cup peanuts
6 Garlic pods
1/4 piece dry coconut, cut it into small pieces.
1/2 tsp - Salt


Preparation

Take a pan , add oil + dry chilli + peanuts + curry leaves and fry them till roasted and switch off the flame. 

Once the heat reduces, transfer the ingredients from the pan to a mixer, and grind them along with salt, coconut, and garlic  and transfer them into a bowl.
