Paruppu Podi

Ingredients 

1/4 cup - Bengal gram
1/4 cup - Roasted gram
2 dry chili
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Garlic Pods with skin, crushed
1 pinch of Asafetodia
2 spring curry leaves

1/2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp Salt

Preparation

Except for the garlic, fry each item in a separate pan without oil.
Take a pan, add oil and garlic, and then roast it. Afterwards, add curry leaves and asafatodia and again fry it.
Transfer all items into a mixer and also add salt and grind them, then transfer them into the bowl. The paruppu podi is ready now.
