Radish leaves chutney

Ingredients

1 tsp - oil
1 Cup- Radish leaves chop it small size
1 tsp uradhal
1 tsp- Bengal gram/Kadalaparuppu
1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
1 medium size Onion
1.5 Nos - dry chili
1 tbsp thick tamarind syrup
2 tbsp -coconut, grated
1/2 tsp - Salt

1/4 tsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard
1 spring curry leaves


Preparation

Take pan , add oil + uradhal +bengal gram +cumin seeds +  dry chili +  onion (fry it until raw smell goes away) +  radish leaves and fry for 5 minutes and add tamarind and salt and mix them well . Add coconut , then switch off the flame.

Once the heat reduces, transfer the ingredients from the pan to a mixer, and then grind it along with water, and transfer it into bowl

Take Pan, add oil+ mustard seeds and curry leaves , let it splutter then add it into the chutney and mix it well.
