Ingredients
1 cup Roasted Rava in ghee
4 cup water
1+1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp color powder
2 tsp ghee
5-6 cashew
10- dry grapes
pinch of cardamom powder
Preparation
In a skillet, combine the ghee and cashew nuts; after the colour begins to change, add the dry grapes. Remove them and set them aside.
In the same pan, add the water and bring it to a boil. Then, add the colour powder and the cardamom powder and wait for two minutes. At this stage, look at the color.
Add the rava and stir well, then cook them on medium heat. Once it is totally cooked, add the sugar now and combine well.
After the sugar has completely dissolved, add the dry grapes and roasted cashews. Add 1 teaspoon of ghee last.
Tips:
1. Do not use sesame or peanut oil.
2. You can use coconut oil or sunflower oil.
3. After the rava has been cooked, add the sugar.
